How do we travel?
Domestic flights as noted in the itineraries are included in the mode used for traveling. When it comes to training, we usually provide tours in first or second AC class especially when there is a need to sleep during overnight journeys. What kind of accommodation do we provide?
Different types of accommodations from tents to hotel suites are provided keeping the place and situation in mind. In cultural tours you get a choice of deluxe or budget accommodation in which deluxe accommodation includes five-star properties and budget accommodation includes three or four-star properties. No matter whether you choose the deluxe or budget accommodation, you can stay assured that the rooms will be properly clean and you will get prompt and friendly service as well. We always try to find properties that have good reputations and service however, when we are on adventure tours, the accommodation is often camps or simple lodges or hotels.
What kind of equipment is provided on the treks?
We provide you with world-class equipment on the treks. These include tents, sleeping bags, and Therm-a-rest mattresses. Along with this, we provide you with cotton sleeping bag liners for extra comfort and relaxation. All gears are carried on ponies usually. However, porters are used in certain regions for this purpose. Not only this, we provide a dining tent and a toilet tent to respect privacy and provide you with extra comfort. This also saves you from spending a lot extra on expensive gear.
What is included in the package?
Packages differ on various points and to know details about a specific package, you should contact us. If you are below the age of 30 you can be eligible for special rates for youth. However, generally, our prices include:

How can I proceed with a tour?
To book a tour you simply need to fill out the booking form. One of our employees will contact you via email to help you complete the process and give you complete details about the tour and package. Usually, 25% of the total cost of the tour is asked to be paid 8 weeks before the tour is scheduled and the remaining should be paid 3 weeks before the scheduled tour date. If you need to cancel the tour and you inform us in writing before 30 days, no cancellation charges will be deducted. On the other hand, if the time is less than 30 days left, the fund will not be refunded. However, we sell trip cancellation insurance also.
