Detailed Itinerary

Arrival Delhi or Kolkata: Upon arrival at international airport Delhi or Kolkata meet to our representative and transfer to hotel for overnight stay.

Arrival Vizag – Rayagada (Flight & drive): Morning board flight to Vizag, assistance on arrival at Vizag and transfer to Rayagada. En route stop over for panoramic view. Check into the hotel and can be visited few tribal village according to the time permits of the day. Overnight at hotel or guest house.

Desia Kondha Tribal Market

Rayagada – Bisamcutak – Rayagada ( Weekly market Tuesday): After breakfast day excursion to Ghantra Tribes who are making the Dokra casting in their villages and witness their process. Also visit Desia Kondha tribal market along with Pottery village.

Rayagada – Jeypore (Wednesday : Weekly Market): Early breakfast leave for weekly market to witness the Dongariya and Desia Kondh people at the Niyamagiri foot hill. Around 00:09 hrs walking down to the Chatikona market to view the colourful market & tribal market. Drive down to the Rayagada and Have Lunch and checkout for Jeypore. Enroute visit Muniaka and Bada Paroja tribal villages. Meet & greet with the tribal community .Overnight at Jeypore.

Jeypore – Onkudeli (Thursday : Weekly Market): Early breakfast head towards BONDA Market for the day excursion to Onkudeli. Trekking down to the nature for getting closer of colourful Bonda women. Also we will be witnessed the Gadaba and Didayee tribes are coming with large group to the weekly market. Later walking down to the market place for free movement to get more photos. Also hiking around the Gadaba villages. Overnight hotel or guest house.

Jeypore - Kunduli (Friday : Weekly Market): After leisurely breakfast the day will be for full day excursion to witness the largest Paroja market at Kunduli. Later hiking around the Paroja and Kui Kondh villages near by the Nandapur area.

Bhatra Tribes

Jeypore - Jagdalpur: After Lunch we will explore the new destination BASTAR in Chhatishgarh District (70 Kms from Jeypore) enroute visit weaving village at Kotpad and very nice weekly market at Nagarnar in the afternoon. The HALABA and BHATRA tribes are coming to the market to sale their indigenious product. Overnight at the Bastar Jungle Resort.

In Jagdalpur (Saturday): Day excursion to the Kanger vallay National park to discover DHURWA Tribe are leaving in the core area of Sanctuary. Also we will witness beautiful Stalgtite and Stalcmite Caves along with serene Water fall called Tridgarh Cascade. On return back to the Resort can be witnessed BISON MARRIA DANCE at the tribal village. (worth to look and we need to organize) . Retire for the day at the Bastar Resort.

Jagdalpur - Kanker (Sunday): After breakfast our guest will proceed to the Royal Palace in Kanker (150 Kms 03 Hrs drive). Enroute visit Weekly market of GOND Tribe and visit their villages enroute. Arrive at the Palace and received Royal welcome by the Family member at the Palace. Welcome drinks upon arrival and short briefed can be delivered by the YOBARAJ (Prince) about the palace, locality and different tribes nearby. Have Gala dinner at the Palace and retiring for the day. Overnight.

In Kanker (Monday): After breakfast a day excursion with Picnic lunch to the MURRIA Tribal village and witness the GOTUL (Where young boys and young girls stay together in a dormitory to choose their sweet partner & have fun with Dance and Feast). It is quite interesting to watch their GOUTUL Dance in their village (To be organized). Return to the Palace and Have fun with Bonfire with Cocktail dinner. Overnight.

Kanker – Kawardhha: In the morning drive to Kawardha, check into the hotel. The erstwhile princely state of Kawardha was founded in 1751 by Thakur Mahabali Singh. When the Bhonsle rulers of Nagpur were trying to overrun this region, Rani Durgawati of Mandla asked Mahabali Singh (younger brother of the ruler of the neighbouring Kandariya state) for help. The two then jointly fought and defeated the Bhonsles. Thereafter, Mahabali Singh established the Kawardha state. Overnight at Palace.

Kawardha - Bhoromdeo- Baiga tribal villages: This day short trek to the remote Baiga & Gond tribal villages, join the tribal people for a meal and a dance. Evening visit Radha Krishna Temple, Saroda Reservoir and famous Bhoramdeo Temples. Evening at the Palace. Bhoromdeo - Kanha. (130 Kms / 04 Hrs): Morning after breakfast, check out from hotel and drive to Kanha. Kanha is one of India's most visited wildlife areas, and has an excellent tourist infrastructure. It is famous as the best tiger spotting place in India. Wildlife here is more accessible than in many parks in India. Kanha is also famous for its Gaur and the Hard-hoofed swamp deer (Barasingha). Check into resort by late afternoon. Evening at leisure. Overnight at resort.

In Kanha: Morning Jeep Safari inside the park followed by Elephant ride to see the wildlife. Return to resort for breakfast. Evening Jeep Safari to see the wildlife and then return to the resort. Overnight at hotel.

Kanha - Bandhavgarh (250 Kms / 07 Hrs): Morning check out from hotel and drive to Bandhavgarh. Overnight at resort. Bandhavgarh National Park is home to the famous White Tigers of Rewa. The is also known for having one of the densest populations of Tigers in the country. Among the other wild attractions include Nilgai, Chital, Chinkara, Gaur, Sloth Bears and Wild Boar along with some 250 species of birds. Upon arrival transfer to resort. Overnight at resort.

Bandhavgarh - Khajuraho (270 Kms / 06 Hrs): Breakfast at hotel, check out and drive to Khajuraho. Arrive and check into hotel.

Lakshmana Temple, Khajuraho

Khajuraho: Visit the Eastern and Western group of temples, built during the reign of the Chendela kings, from 950-1050 AD. Today only 22 of the 85 original temples remain. These remaining temples are magnificent examples of pre-modern North Indian architecture. Their exquisite sculptures, which adorn the spires and outer walls, with a galaxy of gods and goddesses, beasts and serpents and a multitude of erotic couple represent a paean to life, love and joy. Overnight in Khajuraho.

Khajuraho - Orchha: Morning drive to Orchha, on arrival at Orchha, check in hotel, rest of the time visit Palace, Fort and Temples, Orchha village is situated near by the Betwa river. Rest of the time visit the village. Overnight at hotel.

Orchha - Jhansi – Agra (Train): Morning drive to Jhansi, on arrival board train to Agra, on arrival check in hotel, later visit Red Fort, Itamad-ud-Daula. Rest of the time enjoy the facilities of hotel.

Agra - Delhi & Dep.: Very early in the morning visit Taj Mahal (Every Friday Closed), later drive back Delhi via Yamuna Expressway. On arrival at Delhi meet to our tour manager, invite you for the farewell dinner in the local restaurant, & in time dep. Transfer to international airport board flight back to home.
